So yesterday was my friends “surprise dinner” (in relation to last post) 
LOL it was pretty fun though i had slight problems with getting there on time (or so i thought) cos i was pushed back to work up to 5pm cos it was busy (originally i was meant to finish at 4:30pm) 
. Luckily i brought the clothes i was gonna wear for it (*phew*) so i just quickly changed in the staff change room and headed straight to the place from there. Anyway yeh so my parents drove me there along w/ my friend (Sylvia) cos she needed a lift. I thought we were gonna be late but we got there on time which was pretty relieving 
. And the restaurant was surprisingly nice (i thought it was gonna be crap LOL!). Anyway so yeh all 30 (i think) of us just sat there waiting for her to arrive which actually took quite a while…so we were just talking/drinking (lemon and lime bitters 
+ i halved a chocolate shake with a friend which was sickeningly sweet 
) when she finally arrived around… 6pm. And she was surprised LOL! When she walked in we were like “SURPRISE!” or something… i can’t remember haha. So yeah when she did we all could finally order food 
! Haha, anyway i halved a pizza (BBQ chicken pizza) and a pasta dish (cheesy fettucine or something along the lines of that) with Sylvia cos we couldn’t decide what to get. It was pretty nice, but overly priced in my opinion ($16.95 for a dish) so yeah. Anyway then after that we cut the cake (which was HUGE) and ate then we sung ‘Happy Birthday’ to her and she opened her presents and what not. Lol! Then we got the bill which altogether equated to $720 
ROFL! I had no idea we spent that much ahah but yeh divided we only had to pay $30 each which was good. At around 9pm we all went outside and waited for our lifts home. Ugh oh yeah there was this group of people waiting next to us a good 5 metres away.. and they were yelling things out like “konichiwa!” and other ‘asian’ banter. I was just like *raises eyebrows* wtf, racist much?! Geez, just cause we were all asian Haha i bet they thought we were Japanese tourists or something. I felt like yelling out “OI WE CAN SPEAK ENGLISH BIATCHES!” but of course i didn’t have the guts to actually do it 
I might’ve gotten rolled LOL. But yeh whatever, all in all it was a pretty fun night
Anyway onto my 40 hour famine experience…
Lol so on Thursday (14/08/08) at 8pm exactly i *officially* started my 40 hr famine of no eating food and not using my computer. The non-computer-use was actually really easy to do (since i had the TV to pre-occupy myself with 
OMG i watched the Olympics coverage of the Mens powerwalking– FUNNIEST THING EVER HAHA. ) but the no eating FOOD was very hard. Lol well, at the start it was fine; on Friday i woke up then left for school w/out breakfast and didn’t actually start to feel hungry until around lunch time… i started to get tempted to cheat and buy something from the canteen LOL. It was even worse at work since i work at a fast food place and had BURGERS AND CHIPS AND ICECREAMS around me Lucky i didn’t have a break or else i probably would have 
. Then yeah… on Saturday i woke up and felt extremely weak. Actually i was kind of high; stumbling around laughing cos i really wanted to eat. I dunno what happened next but then finally it was 12 O’CLOCK and i ran to the fridge and ate the left-overs from yesterday. AHAHAH! But i’m glad and surprised i actually lasted that long 
Anyway so yeah that’s about it. Now i’m just gonna mini-rant about some things…
OMFG, so yesterday i heard about the new Harry Potter movie (Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince) being pushed to premiering on JULY 17TH 2009 
… WHAT THE HELL IS UP WITH THAT?! 
Pushing it back like almost a year later?!! GEEZ. ARGH dam you Warner Bros! Omg i wouldn’t mind so much if it was at the start of next year or something… but, seriously, JULY?!! HALF-WAY-THROUGH-THE-EFFING-YEAR. You have got to be kidding me

And another thing. The Twilight movie got pushed up to premiering November 21st in America (took over the Harry Potter release date). BUT. It’s still releasing on the 8TH-OF-EFFING-JANUARY here in Australia. ..WHAT. THE. HELL. ARGHHH. WE HAVE TO WAIT 2 EXTRA MONTHS?!
Geez all this movie news just keeps getting better and better doesn’t it Ugh, this is such a double whammy. Its like i’ve been slapped in the face twice *sobs*
But PSHH whatever.

lolol i hate people who think you’re “stupid asians”. i was just on vacation in the north western united states and it’s pretty rural up there with tons of farmer white folks who aren’t really tolerant, so you know you get the stares and stuff. it’s awkward >_>
